Question: When is the appropriate time to break in my new Dutch oven? 😂

Would you break it in for the traditional New Year’s Day meal….black-eyed peas and collard greens?

I grew up eating this on New Year’s Day, but I haven’t always maintained the tradition. Next year for sure!

So back to the question….when is the best time to use my new sparkling, off-white Dutch oven?
