It’s that time of the year where the holiday party invitations start rolling in.  Once you figure out your holiday party attire and whether or not you’re going to take an Uber to the party, you must decide on a gift for the hostess.  Why bring a gift for the hostess?  Well, the answer is pretty simple.  A gift allows you to show gratitude and appreciation to the hosting family. 

Hosting a holiday dinner party requires significant planning and execution, so their efforts should be lauded.  The gift can be something handmade or something small and simple.  If you’re planning to attend multiple parties during the holiday season, you may want to create some handmade items (check for great ideas Pinterest) and purchase inexpensive small gifts. 

I have curated some hostess gifts that are sure to impress.  If you want to really make a lasting impact on the hostess, beautifully wrap the gift using nice wrapping paper and glittery ribbons.  If you have to use a gift bag, ensure that you add a pop of glam with embossed or metallic tissue paper.
